A message from our Director
Mr Palanivel, B.E., Director of RP Construction.
I started my career in Pondicherry with Senthilnathan Construction (Rajuganthi Dental College project and other projects, 5 years), then worked in Chennai with Vijayshanthi Builders Ltd (Project Manager, 15 years) and KG Foundation P. Ltd (Senior Project Manager, 1½ years) after completing my engineering. As an individual, I am extremely self-motivated, and I feel honoured to have been guided by an expert through the difficulties of the real estate and construction industry.
With almost a decade of experience in this industry, I can proudly say that I have seen it all. The experience I gained is matchless, and I thank the clients with whom I have worked. Coming from a professional background, I have learnt to see and understand a client’s needs and to offer businesses that will always be a profitable investment.
Vision of ours
A platform where creative and technical minds work in harmony.
RP Construction is backed by a team of industry experts who have led various international and national organizations. There are many technical aspects involved in civil and interior design. A design professional will help you strike the right balance between your lifestyle, tastes, project requirements and parameters such as your budget.
As a client, you have the right of final approval before any design is executed or purchases are made. Open communication between client and designer is essential, and your trust and honest input are crucial. Suggestions are our next improvement. Be realistic about the project budget.
